We all experience difficulties from time to time, but sometimes we need extra help to guide us through.

Whatever your current life situation, if your issue is affecting the quality of your life, Therapy could be a step to understanding what's going on for you and why.

Now more than ever it's important you're supported.

You may notice patterns of behaviour, and seek ways to change and make a difference. Something from your past. may be troubling you.

It might be that your mind races and sometimes you find it difficult to find peace.

You may be concerned about the future and how you might cope.

You might not be able to exactly identify what is troubling you, but know that something isn't right.

Whether you are stressed, anxious, feeling sad or confused, asking for help can seem daunting.

Whatever your issue, Counselling can help.

If you feel you would like to talk through your concerns with an experienced counsellor, please get in touch.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT

The first session is an opportunity to meet and find out about each other, and to learn if we'd like to work together. You might like to ask questions about the process, or just have the experience of meeting online, or in person. Like all sessions,  this initial meeting will be 50 minutes for Individual sessions. 90minutes for relationship sessions.

We may decide that I am not the right therapist for you, if so, I can help find someone you might like to work with. It may also be helpful to seek potential therapists from our governing bodies BACP or UKCP directories.

“As long as you keep secrets and suppress information, you are fundamentally at war with yourself…The critical issue is allowing yourself to know what you know. That takes an enormous amount of courage.”
