ABOUT ME: (PGDIP, MBACP, BAHons).
I have years of experience working with adults, looking after mental health and emotional wellbeing.
I offer support for adults in London from diverse backgrounds, with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, addiction, lack of meaning, identity issues, genders and sexualities, sex related issues, trauma, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, work or career related concerns.
I’d love to help you find ways to be more connected to yourself and others, to be able to have the relationships you want and to be able to express yourself fully.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Development Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip), trained at the Psychosynthesis Trust, London. My qualification is accredited by Middlesex University. I am a Professional Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). My work is underpinned by BACP ethical working guidelines. My first degree (BAhons) was in Drama and Theatre Studies, and English Literature.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
The first session is an opportunity to meet and find out about each other, and to learn if we'd like to work together. You might like to ask questions about the process, or just have the experience of meeting face to face. Like all sessions, this initial meeting will be 50 minutes.
We may decide that I am not the right therapist for you, if so, I can help find someone you might like to work with. It may also be helpful to seek potential therapists from our governing bodies BACP or UKCP directories.

I am an Integrative therapist experienced in several models of Psychotherapy.
I trained with the Psychosynthesis Model of Growth and Potential. I use elements of Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt and Mindfulness. I work creatively with Thoughts, Feelings and the Body to bring about profound and lasting change.
Together we'll explore your issues, finding ways of working that meet your needs.
Working in this way means you get the right therapy at the right time, sessions are organic, dynamic, and bring about deep change.
Solutions will emerge that you can put into good practice.

If you’re looking for quality Individual Therapy with a therapist who cares then you’ve come to the right place.

I offer both short and long term Individual Therapy in London Bridge SE1, and Stoke Newington, N16.
For your convenience I also offer therapy Online* via Skype or Zoom.
Short term therapy: 12 sessions with a specific focus.
Long term therapy: allows time to explore deeper issues. We will assess the duration as the work evolves.
